Privacy policy "Refer a friend"

INFORMATION GIVEN TO DATA SUBJECTS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Fercam S.p.A., with its registered office in Via Marie Curie 2, 39100 - Bolzano (hereinafter the "Company" or the "Data Controller"), in its capacity as Data Controller, pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter "GDPR" or "Applicable Privacy Regulations"), informs you of the following.

1. Categories of personal data processed.

The Company will process your personal data (i.e. name, surname, email address), for the purposes set out in point 3 below (collectively, the "Data").

2. Nature of the provision of data and consequences of refusal.

The Data are acquired and processed by FERCAM on the basis of your consent, pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1, letter a) of the Regulations. There is no obligation to provide the Data or your consent but, failing to do so, the Company will be unable to proceed with the aforementioned activities. In any case, even if you have given your consent to authorize the Company to pursue all the aforementioned activities, you will be free to revoke it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation.
 

3. Sources of Data.

Your Data is acquired directly from you when you fill in the form required to send a friend a job offer on the FERCAM online site.

4. Purpose of data handling.

The handling of your Data is for the purpose of sending a friend a job position advertised on the FERCAM online site.

5.  Handling methods and storage period.

Data handling is carried out using magnetic, electronic or telematic media, including automated means, and may consist of any of the operations indicated in Art. 4, point 2, of the GDPR (collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction) with the exclusion of dissemination.
In accordance with the principle of proportionality, handling will be carried out for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purpose referred to in point 4 above and in any case not beyond a period of 6 months with reference to personal data.

6. Communication and dissemination.

Your Data may be communicated to any other third party when the communication is required by law, including the scope of prevention/repression of any illegal activity.
Your Data may be disclosed to the Company's System Administrators, as well as to persons authorized by Fercam S.p.A. to process the Data (for example, employees of the marketing department, the Chief Technology Officer and employees of the IT department). These parties will be given specific instructions in this regard.

7. Transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Union.

The Data collected are not transferred to Companies or other entities outside the EU territory.
 

8. Data Protection Officer and rights of the data subject.

You may exercise your rights under Articles. 15 and following of the GDPR recognized by law to you as a Data Subject (e.g. confirming the existence or non-existence of existing handling, obtaining the correction and deletion of personal data processed in violation of the law, opposing for legitimate reasons to the handling, etc..), by communication addressed to privacy@fercam.com. The Company also reminds you that you may always exercise a right of complaint against the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data.
