It also officially launches the digital platform instaFERCAM, which will revolutionize its Full Truck Load (FTL) booking process in Europe.

Not Just Logistics: in Munich, FERCAM demonstrates that innovation and sustainability are a concrete investment in the future. The concept takes shape in a booth that goes beyond showcasing services and solutions, inviting visitors to explore the Group's identity: integrated, connected, and socially responsible logistics.

instaFERCAM: Innovation for Service Immediacy
The heart of the South Tyrolean logistics operator's presence at the fair is instaFERCAM, the new digital platform designed in collaboration with the German technology partner cargomotion. It integrates automation and user experience to offer clients instant quotes, rapid bookings, real-time tracking, and integrated management of all documentation.

The platform is based on cargomotion's proven technology, utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to continuously optimize solutions. Registration is free, and during the fair, visitors and professionals can experience instaFERCAM live, receive personalized demonstrations, and engage with development and sales teams. Platform access is already active and free for all customers, representing the first step in a roadmap that includes additional functionalities in the coming months.
