Our story
When borders become opportunities
Our story begins in 1949 in Bolzano. FERCAM was founded as a company for transporting goods by rail and truck, the means of transportation from which its name originated: FERrovia-CAMion (railway-truck). Its drive towards integration between road and rail was initiated by Eduard Baumgartner, a truck driver from Fié, who acquired the company in 1963.
Since then, FERCAM has experienced significant expansion and internationalization, making it today the benchmark brand for the logistic needs of client companies worldwide.
