Our story began in 1949 in Bolzano as a rail and road transport company and was later taken over by Eduard Baumgartner in year 1963, a hauler coming from Fié. Over the years he successfully developed the concept of road and rail integration.

In year 1982 FERCAM opens its first branch office outside Italy, in Munich. Its expansion goes on and on the 1st July 2007 FERCAM decides to open its first branch office in Poland, in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, near Warsaw, where it starts its Road Transport service with success. This success leads the way to the start of two new departments in Polen: Air in Grodzisk Mazowiecki and Ocean in the newly opened branch office in Gdynia.
 
FERCAM is still a family owned company and has become a only one multi-specialised interlocutor thanks to the expansion, the internationalization and the takeover of many companies. Today FERCAM has numerous branches throughout Italy and Europe and a worldwide network of partners.
