Our company, FERCAM S.p.A. with its registered headquarters in Via Marie Curie, 2 - 39100 Bolzano (BZ) is pleased to activate you as a user and give you the opportunity to receive updates regarding our open job positions. On the "JOBS & CAREERS – JOB OFFERS" section of the FERCAM website, new open positions are constantly published with our company. Any user has the possibility to subscribe to the Job Alert service through which they can be updated every time the "JOBS & CAREERS – JOB OFFERS" section is modified.
Registration to the Job Alert service is carried out by filling in the relevant search criteria and consenting to the processing of data for the purposes indicated in this statement.
- Acquisition of Data and purposes of processing
The Data is acquired directly from you. Registration to the Job Alert service is carried out by filling in the relevant search criteria, granting the relative consent linked to the viewing of this information (i.e.
remaining updated).
The personal Data collected includes: your email address (collectively, "Data").
The Company informs you that it will proceed with the processing of your Data for the following purposes, manually and/or with the support of digital or telematic means:
- Receiving updates on Fercam job offers based on the search criteria you have selected.
- Nature regarding the submission of data and consequences of refusal
All Data shall be acquired and processed by FERCAM on the basis of your consent, pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1, letter a) of the Regulations. There is no obligation to provide said Data or your consent but, in the absence thereof, the Company will be unable to proceed with the aforementioned activities. In any case, even if you have given your consent to authorize the Company to pursue all the activities mentioned in the above points, you will be free to revoke it at any time without compromising the lawfulness of the data handling based on the consent given before the revocation.
- Methods of data handling and period of data storage
All Data collected will be handled and stored with the aid of automated tools according to reasons strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the Data. All Data provided for the aforementioned purposes will be stored for a period of time that you specify when filling in the search criteria. If you request the revocation of your consent to receive updates on job positions opened at FERCAM, the Data you provide for the aforementioned purposes will be deleted
- Scope of disclosure, transfer abroad and dissemination of personal data
The handling of Data may be carried out, in their capacity as Data Handlers, either by personnel of Group subsidiaries, parent companies or affiliated companies, or by parties who perform outsourced services for FERCAM for the purposes set out in point 1. Your Data will not be disclosed in any way but may be communicated by the Company to any other third party when such disclosure is required by law, including the scope of preventing/repressing any illegal activity. Finally, the Data may be brought to the knowledge of personnel authorized for such purposes by the Company (e.g. marketing department staff, system administrators, etc.). These personnel will be provided with specific instructions on the matter.
- Rights of the interested party
Regarding the handling of Data, you are entitled to exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15 to 22 of the European Regulation 2016/679, (reproduced in abbreviated form at the end of this policy).
