Our commitment to health & safety is manifested through
Maintenance and development of the management system for health and safety at work
in order to take a systematic approach in the management of processes and resources for the implementation of a risk prevention and control policy, in compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
Involvement of staff in active safety management
through the detection and analysis of near misses and the voluntary implementation of improvement projects that also involve suppliers operating at the sites.
Identification and subsequent analysis Analysis of the factors that affect workers' health
with the purpose of identifying lifestyle improvement actions.
HOW DO WE PURSUE THESE COMMITMENTS?
- security officers on representing Fercam and suppliers regularly operating at the site
- active collaboration with the Health Surveillance Service to develop methods and initiatives for the improvement of workers' lifestyle
- creation of an internal working group having the task of analysing all accidents in order to understand their root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions
