Do you provide custom-made crates for fairs and events?
Yes. We design and supply custom crates and fumigated wooden packaging compliant with international shipping regulations. Our teams can also handle packing and repacking directly at the exhibition stand, ensuring optimal protection of materials throughout transport and setup.
What if the materials need to be shipped to several consecutive events?
We manage sequential shipments from one event to the next without returning to the warehouse, optimising time, costs, and coordination. Each shipment remains fully traceable and secure, ensuring equipment continuity and availability across multiple venues.
How does international fair transport work?
FERCAM handles the entire logistics process: collection from the warehouse, export documentation management (including ATA Carnet), transport by road, air, or sea, and direct delivery to the stand. We also provide customs assistance in both origin and destination countries, and can arrange return or onward shipping to the next event.
Is it possible to store materials before or after the fair?
Yes. FERCAM offers warehousing and storage facilities close to major exhibition centres and other strategic locations. We also manage empty packaging logistics during the event and ensure their return to the stand or warehouse once the exhibition is over.
