How does intermodal transport work?
In our intermodal service, we use road transport for short distances to and from rail terminals, while long distances are efficiently covered by rail. Thanks to exclusive agreements with major railway companies, we guarantee available slots and high departure frequencies, particularly with our FERCAM Company Train which connects Italy daily with Belgium, the Netherlands, and the Cologne area in Germany.
Our Busto Arsizio branch is also authorized for the management of ADR and waste, offering additional services such as the transport of waste paper and used clothing not classified as ADR waste.
