We show respect not only by always greeting and thanking our colleagues, but above all by not making distinctions (gender, ethnicity, religion, political affiliation) and not making unjustified favoritism. For new recruits, we have devised a structured onboarding plan to share all the necessary information and provide the appropriate operational tools from the outset.Through dedicated support and by adopting a transparent skills development programme, we want to ensure everyone gets the opportunity to reap the benefits of their work with satisfaction. After having had the opportunity to get to know their branch, new colleagues are then invited to Bolzano, our headquarters, for the FERCAM Days. This special event is the opportunity to meet the company's top management and experience the FERCAM spirit, while discovering the many opportunities for individual development and growth.

In FERCAM we offer many development opportunities, with horizontal and vertical growth paths.We attach great importance to personal preferences, also facilitating transfers to different locations. Among our personal development activities, we have created the FERCAM Academy, aimed at offering training and coaching programmes, both in classroom and in e-learning formats, as well as specific training packages, such as the Sales Academy or the Leadership Academy.
