A large-scale corporate relocation in the heart of Milan
Ten office floors cleared, dozens of specialized operators involved, a complex logistics setup and a strict operational timeline: one of the most significant corporate relocation projects of the year was successfully completed by FERCAM’s Removals & Relocation Business Unit, operating under the Gondrand brand.
The project, carried out in central Milan, required careful planning and strong coordination between teams from our branches in Milan, Turin, Parma, and Palermo, with the support of the local Milan team and the Rho logistics hub for temporary storage. A seamless and synchronized operation, made possible thanks to our widespread presence across the country and years of expertise in managing corporate moves.

The project required highly specialized resources, dedicated equipment, and close monitoring of every stage to ensure business continuity for the client and full compliance with the timeline. A new phase of the operation is already planned in 18 months, upon completion of the building’s renovation.
