Team FERCAM among the key players in Amsterdam on the digital logistics stage
In September, FERCAM took part in the Transporeon Summit 2025 in Amsterdam, one of Europe’s most relevant events dedicated to technological innovation in the supply chain. The summit brought together logistics experts, IT professionals and industry leaders from across the continent to explore how digitalisation, data and artificial intelligence are reshaping operational models and collaboration in our sector.

FERCAM was represented by Jalna Afridi, Luigi D’Agostino, Alex Schroffenegger, Stefan Pleschberger, Carlo Pinamonti and Imanol Esnal. During their session, Jalna Afridi and Carlo Pinamonti presented the company’s journey “From Traditional LSP to Digital Logistics Pioneer”, illustrating FERCAM’s evolution from a traditional logistics service provider into an innovative, technology-driven organisation.
This transformation is driven by an open and flexible approach to adopting new technologies, as highlighted by Jalna Afridi: «adopting new technologies doesn’t only mean innovating, it means staying flexible, uncovering new opportunities and contributing to the continuous evolution of the logistics sector».
A tangible example of this vision is instaFERCAM, the new digital platform designed to simplify collaboration between customers and carriers through more transparent, intuitive and connected processes. The solution, currently in its pilot phase at FERCAM Austria, represents a key milestone in the company’s digitalisation strategy.
The Summit also brought an important acknowledgment for the team: FERCAM Austria received the Transporeon AI Award 2025 – AI Quote Leader, recognising the company’s leadership in adopting AI-driven processes. It was a moment of great pride that underlined the concrete impact of FERCAM’s innovation path.
FERCAM’s participation in the Transporeon Summit reaffirms the company’s commitment to driving the digital transformation of the logistics sector, building an ecosystem based on collaboration, data and scalable solutions to enable increasingly efficient and integrated processes.
