Toll increase in Germany

Dear Customer,

We are contacting you to inform you that Germany officially approved an increase in highway costs on October 20, 2023, which affects the entire German highway network. This change was deliberated by the German Federal Parliament and will come into effect on December 1, 2023.
 
We have closely monitored this new situation, which unfortunately will have a significant impact on transportation costs. The current rate of €0.19 per kilometer will be increased to a new rate of €0.348 per kilometer.
 
Regrettably, we are therefore required to revise our existing price lists with your company, including the cost corresponding to the 84% increase in the highway toll rate for routes in German territory.
 
This change will take effect on December 1, 2023.
